海苔肉松条

  • 低筋面粉150克
  • 黄油75克
  • 鸡蛋50克
  • 肉松30克
  • 海苔2克
  • 细砂糖10克
  • 1克
  • 泡打粉3克

Steps to make 海苔肉松条

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.海苔预先剪碎,将海苔碎与肉松、泡打粉和盐倒入低筋面粉里混合均匀待用。
  • 3.黄油切小块室温软化,加入砂糖。
  • 4.将黄油加糖用打蛋器打到体积稍膨大 。
  • 5.分三次加入鸡蛋液搅打均匀,每一次都要搅拌到鸡蛋和黄油完全混合均匀再加入下一次。
  • 6.倒入准备好的面粉混合物。
  • 7.用刮刀切拌均匀无干粉。
  • 8.先揉成光滑的面团再放在案板上擀成长方形面片切条。
  • 9.把切好的小条排入烤盘。
  • 10.预热烤箱175度,放入中层烤18分钟左右。
  • 11.烤至微金黄色即可。
