棋格饼干
这款棋格饼干用两种不同颜色的面团拼叠成有规则的形状,做出的饼干外形漂亮,口味丰富,既好吃又好玩。
这是我学做饼干以来最喜欢的一款饼干,吃在嘴里,细细咀嚼,奶香味中带有一丝丝可可特有的香味。非常好吃。

  • 黄油60g
  • 低筋面粉195g
  • 糖粉60g
  • 鸡蛋1个,约50g
  • 可可粉5g

Steps to make 棋格饼干

  • 1.食材备用。
  • 2.黄油在室温下放软,加入糖粉,打至浓稠发白。
  • 3.一点点的加入打散的鸡蛋液,搅拌至蛋液完全吸收。分成两份。(鸡蛋液少留一点粘贴棋格用)
  • 4.一份黄油中加入过筛的100克面粉,轻轻拌匀成白色的面团,装 入保鲜袋,放入冰箱冷藏20分钟。另一份黄油中加入过筛的95克面粉和5克可可粉。轻轻拌匀成黑色的面团,同样装 入保鲜袋,放入冰箱冷藏20分钟。
  • 5.将冷藏好的面团分别擀成约5毫米厚度的面片,放入冰箱冷藏至面片变硬。(面团不用取出,直接放在袋子里擀)。
  • 6.两片面片重叠,中间涂一层蛋液粘贴,然后切成约一厘米宽的条状。(把保鲜袋的两边剪开,直接在袋子上操作就行。)
  • 7.将切好的条状按颜色摆成马赛克的样子,每条中间涂一层蛋液做粘贴。
  • 8.用保鲜袋包好放入冰箱冷冻半小时至面团变硬。
  • 9.烤箱预热至170°C,取出冷冻的马赛克面,切成约一厘米宽的片状。入烤箱中上层,烤20分钟。
  • 10.对弈中。
  • 11.成品欣赏。
  • 12.这是我第一次做的,面片擀得太薄了,所以最后形成的是一个扁长方形,我就把颜色不同的胡乱粘在一起了。
