  • 料酒一小勺
  • 糖山楂100g

Steps to make 果香糖醋排骨

  • 1.排骨焯水,(冷水焯),控干水,中火炸至表面金黄,
  • 2.热锅下油,放两大勺白砂糖,小火烧至变成焦糖色冒小泡,
  • 3.把排骨迅速倒入翻炒均匀上色,
  • 4.倒入清水(没过排骨,)加入适量盐,大火烧至收汁,
  • 5.倒入糖山楂汁,(味道比较足的,)大火烧开,中小火烧至收汁入味,散适量盐调味(也可不放),装盘,放上适量红果,撒上熟白芝麻即可,
