Steps to make 笋干烧肉

  • 1.笋干提前一晚泡发,因为肉比较少,我放了一小把鲍鱼仔提鲜。
  • 2.热锅下油爆香姜蒜,倒入五花肉。
  • 3.五花肉炒至微黄,倒入鲍鱼仔略炒。
  • 4.加水,老抽,生抽,一小块冰糖。如果直接焖煮的话水要没过笋干,我为了省时间转到高压锅所以水放得比较少。
  • 5.倒入高压锅,压7-8分钟。
  • 6.排气后,加一点盐大火收汁。
  • 7.上碟。
