无花果莲子百合糖水
无花果正是时令果蔬。《随息居饮食谱》载,“甘寒。清热疗痔,润肠,上利咽喉。”广府民间养生智慧视作“秋日润燥佳品”。与百合、红薯相配,强润肺通便之功,与莲子、生姜相配,减寒凉伤脾损胃之弊。能缓解口燥咽干,心烦失眠,排便不畅,身热汗多等秋燥不适,正是秋季养生佳品。
从来都是直接吃无花果,用它来做糖水还是头一遭。用了鲜果,怕从一开始煮到最后会炖烂而失形,于是与百合一起后下。这新鲜无花果比想象的要皮实得多,居然一点没烂。汤味清香甘润,很是不错。。。。

Steps to make 无花果莲子百合糖水

  • 1.用料:无花果2个,莲子25克,百合25克,红薯1个,水3碗,生姜适量,冰糖适量。
  • 2.莲子和百合洗去浮尘,加水浸泡至涨发。
  • 3.红薯洗净去皮,切成小丁。
  • 4.生姜洗净,去皮,拍碎。
  • 5.将莲子,生姜,放入砂煲中,加水3碗。
  • 6.置火上煮沸后转中小火,煮约半小时。
  • 7.再加入百合,红薯,无花果,煮约20分钟。
  • 8.加入冰糖,煮至溶化,熄火。
  • 9.盛入碗中食用。
