全蛋海绵蛋糕
全蛋海绵蛋糕看似很粗糙,吃起来虽没戚风蛋糕那般的柔软细腻,但也很松软,口感也不差,有点老式蛋糕的味道。

蛋糕模是在“美天”用积分换的,不粘蛋糕模很好用,用来做海绵蛋糕、慕斯蛋糕、烤面包都非常棒。

蛋糕是给妈妈带回家吃的,所以没切面,内部组织应该不错吧。

  • 细砂糖125克
  • 低筋面粉150克
  • 植物油35克
  • 牛奶35克
  • 柠檬汁数滴

Steps to make 全蛋海绵蛋糕

  • 1.准备所需材料。
  • 2.将鸡蛋打入深盘内,再倒入所有细砂糖。
  • 3.再挤上数滴柠檬汁。
  • 4.用电动打蛋器打出纹路。(提起打蛋器能画出花纹不会立即消失即可,用时15分钟左右)
  • 5.然后筛入低筋面粉。
  • 6.翻拌均匀后,再加入植物油。
  • 7.同样的翻拌均匀后,再加入牛奶。
  • 8.然后翻拌均匀。
  • 9.将拌好的面糊倒入模具里,大力的在桌子上振动几下,振掉面糊内的大气泡。
  • 10.烤箱预热150度,放中层上下火烤1小时即可取出放凉后食用。
