自制手工元宵
自己做的元宵比外面味道好吃很多,不是很甜也不腻,非常可口。

  • 黑白芝麻30g
  • 枸杞6颗
  • 玫瑰花2个

Steps to make 自制手工元宵

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.核桃和花生米放烤箱180℃烤4分钟取出去掉。
  • 3.小火将黑白芝麻刚进去。
  • 4.再将黑糖放进去小火慢炒。
  • 5.放适量香油用筷子不停的搅动。
  • 6.再将烤好的核桃和花生米放进去翻炒均匀。
  • 7.所有食材放在案板上晾凉,用擀面杖擀成碎末。
  • 8.馅料就做好了。
  • 9.用开水少量多次将糯米粉揉成光滑的面团。
  • 10.放在案板上搓成长条,剁成小块。
  • 11.用手压开。
  • 12.将馅料放进去。
  • 13.团成元宵。
  • 14.锅中烧水,水开后中火将元宵放进去。
  • 15.煮到元宵都飘起来捞进碗里。
  • 16.撒上枸杞和玫瑰花瓣。
  • 17.成品图。
