Steps to make 越南春卷

  • 1.姜、葱、蒜打成泥浆。用量各3块,葱2根。
  • 2.香菇、木耳泡水发好。切丝备用,2两

  • 12.做好一碟
  • 13.把春卷粘一下鸡蛋液,目的就是炸的时候春卷皮上色,更酥脆。
  • 14.在加入生淀粉
  • 15.将春卷均匀的涂抹生淀粉
  • 16.下锅炸5-8分钟
  • 17.炸好后颜色金黄,可以起锅咯
  • 18.炸好后装碟,在自制一碗酸甜沾料,香呀~~~
  • 19.这款是没有加入生淀粉的越南春卷,外皮比较酥脆,加入生粉的比较香酥
