  • 1.鸡腿一个
  • 2.洗净后去掉骨头
  • 3.切小块,加入生抽、胡椒粉、料酒、淀粉
  • 4.抓匀腌制十多分钟
  • 5.小碗里加入1勺豆瓣酱、1勺甜面酱,再加点水搅拌均匀
  • 6.黄瓜切丁,葱姜切碎,辣椒剪成小圈
  • 7.锅里注油烧热,油不用多,下腌好的鸡丁
  • 8.炒至鸡丁变色
  • 9.加入辣椒、葱姜,炒香
  • 10.加入鸡粉
  • 11.加黄瓜丁,翻炒一会儿
  • 12.倒入酱汁
  • 13.炒匀炒香,至酱汁浓稠即可
