【椒盐香煎小土豆】
现在正是新鲜土豆上市的时间,价格便宜,味道香甜。昨天从路边买了2块钱的小土豆,回家只要清水煮熟,稍微煎一下,撒些椒盐,就是一道完美的“饭菜”啦(亦菜亦饭哦)!
即使你是厨房新手,也不用担心,这道菜,你一定也可以轻松搞定!

Steps to make 【椒盐香煎小土豆】

  • 1. 准备好食材;
  • 2.小土豆用清水浸泡,清洗干净,不用去皮。我这里有些去皮的是因为清洗的时候一搓,皮自己掉了;
  • 3.清洗好的小土豆,入锅煮熟。注意一定不要煮的太烂,用筷子能轻易的戳进去就可以了。我是用砂锅煮开后继续煮了一分钟,然后关火,焖几分钟就行了;
  • 4.煮好的小土豆,冷却,晾干表面水分,轻轻拍扁;
  • 5.在不粘锅中倒入少许食用油,晃动锅子让油均匀分布在锅底 ,中小火加热至温后,放入小土豆。注意不要叠压,平铺就好;
  • 6.先大火将表面煎皱,然后转小火,煎到小土豆煎到两面金黄;
  • 7.加入蒜粒,大火煎香。;
  • 8.关火,加入椒盐和香菜末,晃动锅子或者颠几下锅,让椒盐和香菜末均匀包裹在土豆表面。如果小土豆的量比较多的话,可以先将土豆盛出,等到调料炒好之后再将土豆倒入混合均匀;
  • 9. ok,出锅啃吧~
