  • 1.番茄去皮去蒂,切小块,五花肉手打肉泥待用
  • 2.蒜子切米,蒜苗切粒,小米辣切圈待用
  • 3.坐锅烧水,加少许油、盐,下螺旋意大利面煮10分钟,捞起过凉水,拌色拉油待用
  • 4. 坐锅起油,下蒜子、蒜苗粒、小米辣炒香
  • 5.下肉泥划散
  • 6.下番茄块,炒出汁水,加盐、味素、糖调味,煮至汤汁浓稠
  • 7.加辣椒红油,搅拌均匀
  • 8.下螺旋意大利面,翻炒2分钟,待螺旋意大利面均匀裹上汁水,起锅即可
