最近做饭都想图省事,不想站在煤气灶前炒菜,所以做蒸菜是最省事的。翻了翻冰箱,竟然还有一盒未拆封的龙虾尾,让我一下子就想到了与粉丝搭配,因为平时也是特别喜欢吃扇贝蒸粉丝。龙虾尾是成品,已经有了味道,所以也不需要太多调料,万能的蒜蓉做法,蒸好后用油淋一下,香味就出来了。
我用的这个蒸锅火力挺猛,可以缩短烹饪时间,只需要蒸6分钟就行了,以前用的另一个蒸锅,都需要蒸10分钟,要不粉丝会有一点硬,蒜一定要挤压成蓉状,搅散铺在盘里,可以用个小勺舀上热油淋在蒜蓉上,这样可以保证每一处的蒜蓉都会被油淋过,香味全靠这一步,龙虾尾本身就有味道,当然好吃了,但是最后的粉丝和蒜蓉混合好,那味道也是超级香的,完全不输龙虾尾。

Steps to make 龙虾尾蒜蓉粉丝

  • 1.将粉丝用水泡软,捞出放在盘中。
  • 2.将龙虾尾摆在粉丝上面。
  • 3.蒸锅里加好水,摆好蒸盘,将盘子上在上面,只需要单独的一层,不需要加中间的隔板。
  • 4.盖上上盖,定时设置为6分钟。
  • 5.取出盘子,淋上生抽,撒上蒜蓉。
  • 6.锅里油烧热后,淋在蒜蓉上即可。
