家常鱼香肉丝
第一次吃鱼香肉丝是在大学食堂,当时还不知此为传说中的鱼香肉丝,只觉得十分好吃。
食堂用的是鸡胸脯肉,我一向不是很喜欢胸脯肉,肉质很柴,可是这种做法让我觉得,原来胸脯肉还是很好吃的啊!
不过这次我还是用的猪肉,想尝尝看哪种更好吃。

  • 1.肉切丝,加少许盐、料酒和淀粉腌制10分钟。
  • 2.温水泡发的木耳和胡萝卜切丝。
  • 3.姜蒜剁茸备用。
  • 4.准备好调味汁,按照酒:生抽:糖:醋:水=1:2:3:4:5的比例来调配。
  • 5.油烧热,爆香姜蒜后加入肉丝滑炒,炒至肉丝变白,加入木耳丝和胡萝卜丝,以及调味汁,翻炒均匀,最后,淀粉加少许水倒入锅中,翻炒均匀即可。
