猴头菇饼干

现在流行猴头菇饼干,名牌的价格好贵的,便宜的又不敢买。婆婆胃不好,想做点猴头菇饼干给她做零食,但没有现成的方子。看来超市买的猴头菇饼干,酥性的里面配料也不少,但没有比例,怕自己做出来口感不好,于是就采用了曲奇饼干的配方,用猴头菇粉替代了一部分的低筋粉。猴头菇粉是自己研磨的,很细。加到饼干里面,口感很好,而曲奇的配方,我不用说,亲们都知道有多好吃的。做好给婆婆吃,她一直说比买的某某牌子的好吃,我尝尝也觉得很好吃的。成功!下次做苏打味的。

  • 低筋粉200G
  • 黄油120g
  • 糖粉70g
  • 鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 猴头菇饼干

  • 1.黄油软化后加入糖粉
  • 2.打蛋器低速打发至黄油发白呈羽毛状
  • 3.分两次加入蛋液,每次都要搅拌到蛋液完全吸收再加下一次
  • 4.蛋液全部加入再搅拌一会儿,让黄油蓬松
  • 5.筛入低筋粉
  • 6.稍稍微拌一下加入猴头菇粉。其实是可以和低筋粉一起加入的,我第一次做,怕软硬不合适,就后加了
  • 7.轻轻揉成面团
  • 8.装入保鲜袋擀成厚度3毫米的大片
  • 9.用模具切片
  • 10.放入烤盘
  • 11.烤箱160度预热5分钟,放中层,开启热风循环,烤12分钟
  • 12.烤好的猴头菇饼干,曲奇饼干的配方,自然比买的还好吃。猴头菇粉的含量也不低。养胃饼干哦。
