经典蒜泥汁
【经典蒜泥汁】我家的万用酱汁
蒜泥汁当做拌面的酱汁,个人认为,跟西餐中那些个经典的酱汁有着异曲同工的妙处,我们当地民间,蒜泥汁拌凉面,那是最经典的家常饭。不知道馋掉了多少游子的口水。我老公我儿子,对这个口味儿那简直是太爱了。
不单单是拌面,用来做蒸菜的搭配酱汁,用来做卤肉的搭配酱汁,都是绝好的。酱汁的做法各家有各家的方法,我最喜欢的就是这个。也没有什么配方,信就拈来就是。
材料:大蒜
调料:盐 生抽 糖 芝麻油 (有时候会用到醋,有时候不用)

    Steps to make 经典蒜泥汁

    • 1.材料图。
    • 2.用蒜臼将大蒜捣成泥,过路中可以加小量的盐,方便快速捣成泥。
    • 3.捣好的大蒜可以裸露进行充分氧化。
    • 4.之后加上生抽,盐,糖,我用了糖粉。一点点儿就可以了。
    • 5.加上芝麻油,充分拌均匀,这里可以添加小量凉开水或者肉汤,不同情况而定,但量不能太大, 一点儿就好。
    • 6.充分拌均匀。
