清炖狮子头

  • 高汤(可用水代替)适量

Steps to make 清炖狮子头

  • 1.准备猪肉馅,白菜洗净
  • 2.猪肉馅用3汤匙高汤调开,顺时针搅拌
  • 3.依次加入植物油、胡椒粉、生抽、适量盐,继续顺时针搅拌,所以这时候的馅可以稍微咸点
  • 4.加入淀粉,继续顺时针搅拌
  • 5.拌好的肉馅,掌握不好咸淡的话,可以尝下哦
  • 6.将肉馅分成四份,用手攒成丸子
  • 7.锅内放适量植物油,将丸子依次入锅煎1-2分钟左右即可。
  • 8.煎好的丸子盛出备用。
  • 9.将锅洗净,加入一碗高汤,再加入一碗水,烧开
  • 10.将洗净的白菜撕碎,入锅
  • 11.将煎好的丸子放在上面。
  • 12.盖好锅盖,中火炖10-15分钟左右就可以了。撒上点辣椒丁再装饰下
