  • 2.排骨洗净,放盐、味精
  • 3.放花椒粉
  • 4.放料酒
  • 5.鸡蛋打匀,放半只蛋液
  • 6.再放红薯粉(可加少许的清水)
  • 7.抓匀腌制10分钟
  • 8.净锅上火,入油烧至六成热,下猪排段浸炸定型
  • 9.捞出
  • 10.再次下入排骨段,复炸
  • 11.复炸至外酥里嫩时,捞出沥油。
