“萌系美食”樱桃果冻
邻居家阿姨80多岁了。
香椿芽长大的时候,因为树很高,她自己摘不了。以前她老伴还在的时候都是她老伴摘,老伴不在了,闺女也摘不了。
我撒上院墙,带着手锯,给她摘了香椿,还修了树枝。
本是举手之劳的事,估计她们一直心里过意不去。
这不,给我送了一堆樱桃,说是老家的亲戚寄来的,推辞不了,我收下啦。
开始做樱桃美食。

  • 1.锅里倒纯净水。
  • 2.放白糖。
  • 3.煮化白糖。
  • 4.取白凉粉。
  • 5.一边倒水里一边搅拌。
  • 6.煮开锅。
  • 7.开锅1~2分钟放小许食盐,煮化即可。
  • 8.取模具,洗净。
  • 9.取洗好的樱桃。
  • 10.模具里放樱桃。
  • 11.放上煮好的凉粉液。
  • 12.稍微凝固放冰箱冷藏。
  • 13.不能拖沓,一拖凉粉就要凝固。
  • 14.剩下的凉粉我再装模具里,就有点凝固啦,不知道成品好看不。
  • 15.入冰箱冷藏。
  • 16.冷藏一个多小时取出来。
  • 17.可以轻松从模具取出来即可。
  • 18.剪去樱桃梗,摆盘。
  • 19.成品。
  • 20.近看晶莹剔透的成品。
