Steps to make 杨梅果酱

  • 1.土杨梅2斤,如果要多熬,其他东西也顺增。
  • 2.酸酸的土杨梅,自己摘的,光是闻,就是流口水的节奏。
  • 3.我用的红糖块,糖粉也行。杨梅里不用加水,本身水分很高。
  • 4.小火慢熬出汁,放盐,不停搅拌。
  • 5.家里的存货~茅台红酒。熬的时候一起放了。
  • 6.差不多熬好的样子,留一点汁在里面更好,我不喜欢收干干的。
  • 7.成品。
