  • 1.黄油加热融化
  • 2.把消化饼打碎加入融化好的黄油中拌匀,倒入模具中,把消化饼铺平在模具中
  • 3.奶油奶酪室温软化后,奶油奶酪加砂糖拌到顺滑无颗粒状态
  • 4.顺着打滑,分2次加入鸡蛋,每次一定要搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入过筛的玉米淀粉搅拌均匀
  • 6.加入淡奶油搅拌均匀
  • 7.看看面糊好顺滑
  • 8.把面糊倒入模具中
  • 9.预热烤箱160度60分钟,烤盘中加入水,模具边包上一层锡纸
  • 10.时间到上色满意就可以出炉
  • 11.烤好的蛋糕放凉,放入冰箱冷藏6个小时以上,脱模,切块食用
