万圣节南瓜酥

  • 玉米淀粉80g
  • 黄油120g
  • 白糖50g

Steps to make 万圣节南瓜酥

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.南瓜切块煮熟,然后去皮压成泥备用。
  • 3.黄油室温软化后打散,加入白砂糖打发至发白。
  • 4.倒入南瓜泥混合均匀。
  • 5.再筛入低筋面粉和玉米淀粉,混合揉成面团。
  • 6.将面团平均分割。
  • 7.取一块加入绿色食用色素,混合揉成绿色面团,做出南瓜蒂与叶子。
  • 8.黄色面团搓圆后用牙签压出纹路。
  • 9.放入烤盘后装上南瓜蒂与叶子,送入烤箱。
  • 10.烤箱预热150度下层烤25分钟。
  • 11.出炉后放凉,再用巧克力笔画出眼睛和嘴巴即可。
