蔓越莓浓郁椰香饼
一个椰子,喝掉椰汁儿,扒拉出白白的椰肉,兑上凉开水用料理机打成浓浆,再用网筛过滤,就有了椰蓉和椰浆。

Steps to make 蔓越莓浓郁椰香饼

  • 1.用料:椰蓉80克,面粉100克,鸡蛋1个,糖25克,椰浆50克,鲜酵母3克,椰子油25克,蔓越莓干30克。
  • 2.将鲜酵母用少许椰浆化开。
  • 3.打入鸡蛋,倒入椰子油,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入椰浆和糖,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.倒入椰蓉,拌匀。
  • 6.筛入面粉,翻拌均匀。
  • 7.加入蔓越莓。
  • 8.拌匀,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏一夜,或室温下发酵。
  • 9.次日取出,面糊涨发。
  • 10.电饼铛上下盘预热。
  • 11.放入适量面糊,摊成饼状。
  • 12.盖上盖子,加热3-5分钟。
  • 13.揭盖,表面凝固,翻面,继续将表面煎至金黄。
  • 14.两面煎成金黄,出锅,晾至温热食用。
