Steps to make 培根披萨

  • 1.将水,鸡蛋,盐,干酵母,细砂糖和面粉投入面包机中,启动一个和面程序。
  • 2.一个和面程序结束后,放入软化的黄油,再启动一个和面程序,此时已经达到扩展阶段,进行基础发酵。
  • 3.发酵至原来的2倍大。
  • 4.取出排气,分割成8等分,揉圆盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 5.面团松弛期间准备好培根。
  • 6.取一面团,按扁擀成圆片,再整理成浅盘状,用叉子叉一些小洞。
  • 7.加入甜味沙拉酱和番茄酱,用叉子抹匀。
  • 8.铺入培根,撒少许披萨草和新奥尔良腌料。
  • 9.同样方法做好其他的面团,依次摆入烤盘中。
  • 10.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火175度,15分钟。
  • 11.取出撒上多多的马苏里拉,再送入烤箱中层,上下火175度,10分钟。
  • 12.出炉之后趁热食用,孩子们各吃了2个还不过瘾。
  • 13.当早餐或下午茶再合适不过了。
