【干豆角红烧肉】大口吃肉的感觉才叫爽!
虽然平时我家肉吃的不少,可我那儿子就喜欢像红烧肉这类的菜菜,人家说了大口吃肉的感觉才爽。我本身不是很喜欢吃肉,又赖不过儿子想吃红烧肉,所以我在红烧肉里放了干豆角一起烧,他们吃肉我吃豆角,话说那豆角比肉还香。夏天自己晒的干豆角,留着些过年烧肉吃,谁让我家养了个无肉不欢的家伙呢。

  • 干豆角1小把
  • 老抽1勺
  • 味极鲜酱油2勺
  • 大料2个
  • 桂皮1块
  • 干辣椒3个
  • 大蒜3瓣
  • 生姜3片

Steps to make 【干豆角红烧肉】大口吃肉的感觉才叫爽!

  • 1.带皮五花肉洗净;
  • 2.切成2厘米见方的块状,放入清水和黄酒浸泡30分钟,控干水分备用;
  • 3.干豆角提前两个小时用清水洗净泡好,切成寸段;
  • 4.准备好香料;
  • 5.锅中放入少许油,下入五花肉小火煸炒;
  • 6.炒至肉质收紧出油,放入香料煸炒;
  • 7.炒出香味后,放入老抽;
  • 8.放入味极鲜酱油煸炒上色;
  • 9.放入冰糖;
  • 10.冰糖融化后,放入适量水,没过肉块;
  • 11.中火炖至40分钟后,放入干豆角小火继续炖煮;
  • 12.20分钟后还剩下少许汤汁,加盐调味;
  • 13.大火收汁到自己想要的程度;
  • 14.关火后盛出即可享用了~!
