有厨友问我,你家薄荷是怎么种的​?实际上,这都是我婆婆的功劳,她知道我爱用薄荷泡水喝,在地里蓠芭边种了很多​。种在地里的薄荷,也不用怎么管理,自己就长得很疯,以至于被婆婆拔掉了好几株​。我一般都是摘顶上的嫩叶来用,越摘分岔就越多​。
  现在薄荷吃不完,过季后就没得吃,所以我就想,是不是现在摘下来保存起来呢​?就有了保存​在冰块里的想法,留住那一叶清凉,留住那一抹绿​。

    Steps to make 薄荷冰块

    • 1.采摘薄荷嫩头,清洗干净​。清洗时水中可加1小勺盐,可以让小虫子、泥沙等更容易​洗掉。​
    • 2.拿出冰块模具,我这个是钻石形的​。加入凉开水,注意水要加到模具的一半以上,否则盖子上的空间无法充满​。
    • 3.把薄荷叶塞入凹坑中,塞薄荷叶的时候,由于水的浮力,薄荷叶会浮起来,我就把两片大的叶子折下去,让它撑住坑壁​。具体手法看视频​吧。​
    • 4.盖上盖子并往下压,水从盖子上的小孔中溢出,说明充满上部了,如果水没溢出来​,那就再加水吧。​
    • 5.冰箱冷冻一夜以上,确保冻成冰了就行​。脱模取出,可装入保鲜袋继续冷冻保存​。
    • 6.用薄荷冰块做的气泡水。
