Steps to make 喷香好吃的芋头焖鸭

  • 1.鸭腿洗干净,把边上的油和皮剪掉不要,斩成鸭块备用。
  • 2.小锅加水,鸭块冷水下锅,加20克料酒焯水煮一滚,煮好后用温水清洗干净。
  • 3.准备酱汁排骨酱,这个酱被定义为“排骨酱”,并非只能烧排骨,换成鸡、鸭、鱼、肉都可以。
  • 4.芋头切成大块备用,分享一个芋头的保存方法,大芋头洗干净,去皮后切成块,装成小袋放在冰箱中冻起来,吃的时候拿出来直接煮或者蒸都很好。
  • 5.养生锅中加一点儿水,放上鸭块,把排骨酱倒入锅中,大火把锅中汤汁烧开,
  • 6.转小火炖一小时。
  • 7.炖到四十分钟的时候,开锅放上芋头块,继续盖盖炖煮。
  • 8.最后打开锅盖转大火煮几分钟,收一下汁,然后关火加上一把蒜苗和香菜碎就成了。不需要添加任何其它调料,完全可以做出大厨味,真是特别赞。
