佳节年饼系列(4)没烤箱也可以做年饼@@春卷脆皮
这个春卷皮做法真的很简单,也可当新年饼呢!家人朋友吃了都说好吃又脆口!春卷皮本来就是稍微有咸味。如果不喜欢撒糖粉,以也可直接炸好吃呢!一个做法两个口味品赏何乐而不为呢!

    • 1.简单的材料:-
    • 2.春卷皮事先从雪柜拿出来解冻一下。解冻后的春卷皮,一张一张慢慢的撕开。
    • 3.重叠几张再有剪刀剪成一小张大约手指大小。
    • 4.烧热锅,下油烧热开始的时候油温可以稍微高一点。 (油要干净,不能一直重复回用,这样炸出来才好看)
    • 5.把春卷放去炸,转中火,
    • 6.等快好的时候,又要开大火,这样春卷皮才没那么粘油。
    • 7.炸稍微上色了,盛起。
    • 8.将炸好的春卷皮入盛有吸油纸的碗里。
    • 9.稍微凉将春卷皮放入一个碗里。
    • 10.撒上适量的糖粉在春卷皮上,然后用手慢慢的捞均糖粉。
    • 11.糖粉份量于个人嗜糖的甜度自行加++。捞均后,盛入罐里收紧即可。(要吃咸的,就可以省去步骤(9)和(10)特凉盛入罐里收紧即可)
