记得上初中的那会儿,非常时兴吃铁板鱿鱼。酱香的味道,弹牙的鱿鱼,让人垂涎三尺。晚饭后跟父母去散步,经过卖铁板鱿鱼的小摊,我就走不动了,于是又吃了好多。唉,我承认我是吃货,那味道实在令我难以拒绝。上个星期买了鱿鱼,于是便有了把烤鱿鱼做成铁板鱿鱼味道的想法。

  • 青椒1个
  • 柠檬汁1汤匙
  • 1茶匙
  • 酱油1汤匙
  • 甜面酱2汤匙
  • 烧烤酱2汤匙

Steps to make 烤鱿鱼(铁板鱿鱼风味)

  • 1.鱿鱼撕去黑皮处理干净,加入柠檬汁,盐和酱油,腌制半小时
  • 2.洋葱和青椒洗净切丝,均匀铺在锡纸上
  • 3.分别准备好烧烤酱和北京鸭酱
  • 4.刷上北京鸭酱
  • 5.撒上适量孜然粉和甜椒粉
  • 6.再刷上烧烤酱
  • 7.把三条鱿鱼都如此处理好,在腌制半个小时。烤箱预热180度,中层上下火,烤15分钟左右。每5分钟取出来刷一遍北京鸭酱和烧烤酱。
