  • 1. 准备好食材
  • 2.把八角和花辣用料理机磨碎
  • 3. 把辣椒放料理机中磨碎
  • 4.磨碎好的辣椒和八角花椒放在一个盆里,加入适量的盐备用
  • 5.锅中倒入辣椒粉5倍左右的油,开火烧至油的表面冒烟,然后关火静至两分钟,让油温稍稍低点
  • 6.然后把三分之一的油倒入辣椒粉中,搅拌一下,重复一下这个步骤,即可
  • 7.最后搅拌均匀即可
