面皮: 低筋面粉150g,白砂糖45g,奶粉20g,吉士粉20g,玉米淀粉43g,炼乳25g,动物淡奶油45g,黄油100g,椰浆45g

Steps to make 德普烤箱食谱—半岛奶黄月饼

  • 1.奶黄馅 原料
  • 2.将白糖、奶粉、吉士粉、玉米淀粉混合均匀,
  • 3.加入炼乳、淡奶油、椰奶、黄油搅拌至无颗粒且细滑的状态。
  • 4.放入德普蒸箱中,蒸30min;中途搅拌4次;没有电蒸箱的朋友可以用蒸锅代替
  • 5.取出,冷藏1h至凝固。分成30g一个,揉圆 备用
  • 6.接下来做面皮,原料这样
  • 7.将白糖、炼乳、淡奶油、椰浆倒至搅拌盆中,混合均匀;
  • 8.将低筋面粉、奶粉、玉米淀粉和吉士粉过筛后混合均匀;倒入混和好的液态部分,加入黄油;
  • 9.用手和至表面不粘手即可;分成25g一个备用
  • 10.将面皮压薄,将奶黄馅放在面皮中间包起
  • 11.撒少许面粉放入月饼模具,挤至在烤盘上,刷蛋黄液。
  • 12.德普烤箱风扇烤200度,烤制15min即可。
