红烧肘子

Steps to make 红烧肘子

  • 1.肘子去毛洗干净待用
  • 2.准备材料~
  • 3.肘子冷水下锅,开水焯15分钟
  • 4.把水擦干,用红烧酱油在肘子的表面抹上颜色~
  • 5.冰糖放油里,小火炒,一直炒到有褐色的泡泡冒出,就可以下肘子了~
  • 6.把肘子两面都煎上色~
  • 7.锅里再放少许油,把佐料都放进锅里爆香,放冰糖,盐,料酒,水调成汁~
  • 8.把肘子和汁都倒进高压锅,中火炖一个小时左右,汁漫过半个多肘子即可~关火后再焖半个小时~
  • 9.把高压锅里的部分汁倒锅里,用水淀粉勾欠~
  • 10.倒在肘子上即可~
  • 11.肥而不腻的红烧肘子做好了,享用吧~
