  • 1.核桃入烤箱烤熟
  • 2.晾凉后放料理机研磨杯
  • 3.打碎倒入碗里
  • 4.白芝麻(熟的)也入研磨杯打成粉
  • 5.放在同一个碗里加糖和蜂蜜拌匀
  • 6.搓成大小适中的圆球核桃芝麻馅就做好了
  • 7.称量好糯米粉和紫薯粉
  • 8.加适量温水合成团饧10分钟(要盖上保鲜膜防止干裂)
  • 9.揪一小块面团用手按扁放上一个料馅
  • 10.包起来滚圆
  • 11.依次全部做好
  • 12.水开下汤圆煮熟即可
