红茶薄脆饼
之前做卡仕达酱多出来两个蛋白,然后就做了这款简单易做的薄脆饼。酥脆的口感很适合当做消磨时间的小零食,而且加了些红茶末又别有一番风味呢~

材料:
黄油65g,糖粉65g,蛋白65g,低筋面粉65g,红茶末1/2小勺,香草精少许

Steps to make 红茶薄脆饼

  • 1.黄油在室温下软化后加入糖粉
  • 2.用打蛋头拌匀
  • 3.然后启动打蛋器打发,至体积膨大、颜色变浅的程度
  • 4.加入红茶末
  • 5.然后加入香草精
  • 6.搅打均匀
  • 7.分次加入蛋白
  • 8.搅打均匀;注意每一次都要完全融合后再加入下一次
  • 9.筛入低筋面粉
  • 10.拌匀
  • 11.烤盘上铺好油纸,垫上瓦片酥模
  • 12.挖取适量面糊到模板上,并用刮板辅助刮平
  • 13.然后取下瓦片酥模
  • 14.将烤盘送入预热好的烤箱中层,180度约12分钟
  • 15.待饼干变色即可出炉,晾凉后密封保存即可
