快速家常炒虾

  • 1.将白虾剪掉虾须，挑出虾肠，冲洗干净
  • 2.香葱、指天椒切段，生姜切片备用
  • 3.锅烧热后倒入适量食用油下姜片，加入虾翻炒至变色
  • 4.加入辣椒翻炒片刻
  • 5.加入1勺料酒继续翻炒
  • 6.倒入少许开水焖5分钟左右
  • 7.撒入少许食用盐，葱段关火即可
  • 8.装起，如果有家里花生粒适当的撒点做点缀，没有可以不加
