油焖大虾
这次的油焖大虾我选用的是进口的阿根廷红虾,这种虾产自阿根廷南部圣克鲁斯省海域。该海域长期以来,未经过过多的工业开发,水质纯净。因此该产区出产的阿根廷红虾在自然环境下成长,富含多种维生素,营养丰富。因为采用了快速的船冻工艺,也在最大程度的保证了虾的新鲜程度。
这种虾的做法很多,除了我今天用的这种油焖的方法,还可以做蒜蓉开背、可以红烧、也可以直接刺身…...我用的最多的做法除了这种油焖的,就是最简单的黄油煎食,这种做法口感鲜甜还带有淡淡的奶香,适合给小宝宝食用。

Steps to make 油焖大虾

  • 1.红虾洗干净,去虾线(这次买的虾没有虾线,省了这步骤,有的一定要去,要不会影响口感)姜蒜切沫,葱切丝备用;
  • 2.油烧热,将葱姜蒜倒入锅中爆香;
  • 3.放入酱油和料酒;
  • 4.将混有调料的葱姜蒜煸炒一会;
  • 5.放入大虾,小火焖片刻;
  • 6.开锅炒熟即可。
