Steps to make 电饭锅蛋糕

  • 1.将鸡蛋分离到无水无油的盆里
  • 2.蛋黄加入20克糖搅拌融化,然后添加植物油和筛入低粉,搅拌至无颗粒
  • 3.蛋白加入几滴醋打发
  • 4.分次加入白糖继续打发蛋白
  • 5.打发至湿性发泡再加入白糖继续打发至硬性发泡。然后取3分之一加入蛋黄糊,搅拌
  • 6.将蛋黄糊加入剩下的打发的蛋里,搅拌均匀
  • 7.放入电饭锅中,根据电饭锅的蛋糕功能的时间来选择。没有蛋糕功能的可以用煮饭功能
  • 8.出锅
  • 9.切块的样子。要厚高一点的话,可以加蛋加粉
