  • 巧克力奥利奥饼干1小包
  • 香蕉两根

Steps to make 厚切酸奶,三层夹心香蕉奥利奥口味

  • 1.巧克力味奥利奥饼干一小包,将夹心刮下放入大碗中,以备和酸奶混合。
  • 2.把酸奶全部倒入盛有夹心料的大碗中,稍微搅拌几下,可以增加厚切酸奶的口感。
  • 3.模具我用的是8吋方形蛋糕模,铺油纸方便脱模。铺第一层酸奶,倒入适量果干和三分之一花生碎。
  • 4.铺第二层酸奶,将去芯的奥利奥饼干平铺在酸奶上,再倒入三分之一花生碎。
  • 5.铺第三层酸奶,香蕉切片,平铺,倒入剩下的三分之一花生碎。
  • 6.最后把剩下的酸奶全部倒入模具,抹平。
  • 7.入冰箱冷冻4小时以上,当然,如果喜欢软糯口感的,可以适当缩短冷冻时间。
  • 8.这是底部的样子~
