嫂子从老家让人给我捎来些榆钱,新鲜嫩绿,今天就尝尝鲜,做顿榆钱麦饭。我不喜欢直接用面粉拌的麦饭,松软不劲道。更喜欢吃里面加干馍用水泡后挤干水分,吃着劲道好吃。

Steps to make 榆钱麦饭

  • 1.将榆钱摘干净。
  • 2.掰3个干馍,榆钱多清洗几遍空干水分(一定要用酵面馍)。
  • 3.用清水浸泡软。
  • 4.挤干水分,里面加盐和花椒粉。
  • 5.空干水分的榆钱也放进馍花盆里,加少许食用碱。
  • 6.如果有点粘手可以加少许面粉。
  • 7.搅拌均匀。
  • 8.放在蒸屉里。
  • 9.摁蔬菜键蒸15分钟。
  • 10.小葱切成葱花。
  • 11.锅中烧油,油温六成热将葱花放进去里面加少许盐和鸡精炒至葱花变色关火。
  • 12.将麦饭倒进去搅拌均匀捞在盆里。
  • 13.是不是很有食欲。
  • 14.老公里面加了香椿辣子,满满的鲜、香、劲道好吃。
  • 15.再来张近照。
