不拉丝版的的披萨
因为不喜欢马苏里拉芝士味道,所以本款披萨是自创的萨拉酱泰国甜酱版的,非常适合自己的口味,跟我一样不爱吃芝士的亲可以是参照。

  • 95至100克
  • 白糖10克
  • 玉米油15克
  • 西红柿200克
  • 色拉油10克
  • 白糖5克

Steps to make 不拉丝版的的披萨

  • 1.饼底材料全部放入容器,如果面包机合的话和面程序10分钟即可
  • 2.搅拌匀
  • 3.和成面团,刚和好粗糙不匀
  • 4.食品袋封好醒面10分钟以上
  • 5.再揉就会很光滑。等待一次发酵。食品袋封好。
  • 6.这是发酵好的面团。
  • 7.一半我冷冻,下次做再用,另一半擀园皮。披萨盘刷油放上皮,等待二次发酵,
  • 8.发酵好饼底扎上眼,淋上披萨酱。
  • 9.放上喜欢吃的蔬菜
  • 10.香菇做披萨非常好吃,这是鸡腿香菇版的
  • 11.披萨酱主材料
  • 12.全部剁碎
  • 13.色拉油烧热,下入全部材料翻炒,放糖
  • 14.再小火焖煮大概6.7分钟以上,放盐,盐是做菜的2-3倍,胡椒粉即可
  • 15.装入有密封盖子的小瓶,夏季冷藏可储存8-10天,冬季10-15天左右。
  • 16.烤箱预热200度25-30分钟
  • 17.再来点泰国甜辣酱,味道好极了。
