Steps to make 核桃冰淇淋

  • 1.鸡蛋 2个、奶油100ml、糖(根据自己口味增减)、核桃仁备用。
  • 2.两个鸡分离蛋清和蛋黄。
  • 3.蛋清加几滴醋及分三次加入白糖打发,打发到干性发泡。
  • 4.鲜奶油100ml打发至6,7成。
  • 5.打散的蛋黄倒入鲜奶油中.
  • 6.轻轻拌匀。
  • 7.打发好的蛋青也倒入奶油糊中轻轻拌匀。
  • 8.核桃仁放入微波炉加热,然后放入料理机打碎。
  • 9.核桃仁小颗粒拌入冰淇淋原液中。
  • 10.搅拌均匀。
  • 11.拌好的冰激凌原液倒入容器中。
  • 12.冷冻12个小时以上,不需要搅拌。
