Steps to make 天麻浸鸡

  • 1.准备:清远鸡,天麻,红枣,枸杞子。
  • 2.康宁汤锅中添加适量的水,天麻清洗一下放入锅中,中火烧开再放入红枣后转小火煲20分钟。
  • 3.鸡肉斩件,放姜片,米酒,少许盐抓匀。
  • 4.汤煲了二十分钟后放入鸡肉,调小火让鸡肉浸在汤里,不要搅动,盖上盖子约浸十分钟,要看食材多少,待鸡肉完全变色后看不到有血色。
  • 5.然后调中火让汤煮开,放入枸杞子,适量的调味即可,喝汤吃鸡肉,鸡肉经十分钟的浸熟肉质鲜嫩,皮爽可口,汤比较清爽好喝,加上天麻已煲出味,汤很有益,因为没过多的调味。
