  • 淡奶油80克

  • 1.黄油软化后,加入糖、香草精打发至顺滑,逐个打入鸡蛋,和柠檬皮屑搅拌均匀。
  • 2.再加入面粉、泡打粉、盐、牛奶,打发至顺滑,制成蛋糕面糊。均匀地在模具中喷上脱模剂。
  • 3.烤箱提前使用180℃预热,面糊倒入模具中,放入烤箱中层,烤制约50分钟。
  • 4.烤制好后取出冷却脱模。巧克力、奶油隔水融化后冷却至约40℃,制成巧克力酱。
  • 5.巧克力酱均匀淋于蛋糕上,待凝固后,在中间放入莓果,淋上果酱即可。
