Steps to make 香菇油菜

  • 1.香菇去蒂洗净切花刀。
  • 2.油菜去根洗净入开水锅中烫熟捞出码盘。(开水锅中放一勺盐滴几滴油码味)
  • 3.热锅入葱花爆香。
  • 4.放入香菇翻炒,加一勺开水、耗油、少许盐,焖煮香菇熟透。
  • 5.香菇中放少许水淀粉勾薄芡。出锅放入油菜中,汤汁淋入油菜及香菇上即可。
