Steps to make 家常快手菜,杏鲍菇炒鸡肉

  • 1.准备好食材,杏鲍菇洗净后切厚片,生姜切片,香葱切碎。
  • 2.鸡腿肉洗干净滤干水分,加入1勺味达美臻品料酒和1小勺六月鲜8克轻盐特级原汁酱油,胡椒粉1克和淀粉2克一起搅拌均匀,静置15分钟左右。
  • 3.锅内烧开水加少许盐,把杏鲍菇放入焯水2分钟捞出滤干水分。
  • 4.准备好调料,葱伴侣6月香豆瓣酱1小勺,6月香辣椒酱1小勺,味达美臻品蚝油1小勺加入适量凉水搅拌均匀。
  • 5.处理完毕所有食材。
  • 6.锅烧热加入食用油烧七分热,先把姜片爆炒一下放入鸡腿肉翻炒至变色稍金黄。
  • 7.倒入杏鲍菇翻炒;把调料汁倒入翻炒转中小火翻炒至粘稠。
