一羊四吃之二 凉拌羊肉

Steps to make 一羊四吃之二 凉拌羊肉

  • 1.将羊肉洗净,放入锅内,加入水(以浸过羊肉为度),烧开,撇去浮沫,转微火煮熟。(做羊肉汤的时候顺便煮就可。)
  • 2.煮好的羊肉冷冻,半解冻切羊肉片
  • 3.香菜洗净切段,葱白切丝。
  • 4.洋葱切丝,和葱丝香菜一起放盆内。
  • 5.放羊肉片。
  • 6.放生抽,盐,香油,一点白醋拌匀。
  • 7.喜欢辣的可以放点辣椒酱。
