Steps to make 姜蓉鸡

  • 1.准备:清远鸡半只清洗干净。
  • 2.电煮锅中水烧开,加少许料酒,水开后放入清远鸡,尽量让水浸泡到鸡,我的锅有点小了,所以我只好用勺子将开水不停的淋在鸡肉上,让其均匀受热,,锅中的水再次烧开即可关火,盖好盖上浸泡45分钟左右,以熟透为准。
  • 3.时间到了,用筷子扦一下鸡腿的地方没血水渗出即是熟透了。
  • 4.取出来放凉斩件装盘(我是放入冷冻冰20分钟,皮爽肉嫩,口感更好)。
  • 5.磨点姜蓉放入碗面。
  • 6.淋上热油,添加酱油,糖搅拌均匀,酱汁就好了。
  • 7.酱将汁淋在鸡肉表面即可品尝。
