  • 红烧酱油15克

Steps to make 板栗烧鸡翅

  • 1.准备原料;
  • 2.将板栗剥去外皮;
  • 3.将鸡翅中划一刀,放入水中焯烫一下;
  • 4.炒锅内倒入食用油,放入花椒、大料、姜片、葱段炒香;
  • 5.倒入焯好的鸡翅煸炒至略上色;
  • 6.再放入料酒、蚝油、红烧酱油、冰糖煸炒后,倒入热水(水的量要一次加够)、板栗,烧至鸡翅8成熟时放入食盐调味,将鸡翅、板栗烧熟即可。
