葱烧海参
今天用的是即时海参,省去了泡发,做起来比较省事,做好的海参,葱香浓稠,汁稠芡亮,筋道弹牙,营养丰富!

  • 海参3个
  • 大葱3颗
  • 1块
  • 蚝油15g
  • 一品鲜酱油10g
  • 冰糖1g
  • 白糖2g
  • 黄酒10g
  • 鸡精少许
  • 老抽少许

Steps to make 葱烧海参

  • 1.所用食材。
  • 2.大葱用葱白的部份,打上花刀,能很好的入味。
  • 3.剩下的葱尾部份切成细条,姜切片,锅中放宽油,下入葱姜小火慢炸,一定要炸干炸透,炸到葱香浓郁,色泽金黄时捞出,盛出葱油备用。
  • 4.锅中另加油,放入葱白段炸制,炸至金黄色倒出。
  • 5.锅中加适量清水,加入十克黄酒,下入海沸水一分钟捞出备用。
  • 6.锅中加少许葱油,下入蚝油,下入一品鲜酱油小火炒一下。
  • 7.加入一碗鸡汤,下入冰糖老抽使汤汁上色。
  • 8.加入2克白糖,下入海参小火熬煮五分钟。
  • 9.熬煮到汤汁浓稠时下入大葱段靠一小会。
  • 10.最后淋入水淀粉芶芡,加入葱油,使葱油都润到每个海参上。
  • 11.将葱段和海参摆入盘中。
  • 12.装饰上萝卜花上桌!
