  • 淡奶油15g
  • 玉米糖浆35g
  • 蜂蜜15g
  • 杏仁片85g
  • 南瓜子仁15g

Steps to make 焦糖杏仁糯米船By水怜忧

  • 1.准备好全部食材。
  • 2.细砂糖、淡奶油、黄油、玉米糖浆、蜂蜜一并倒入小奶锅。
  • 3.小火加热一点点熬煮至沸腾,有温度计的话,118℃左右为佳。
  • 4.倒入杏仁片跟南瓜子仁,快速搅拌均匀,要让每一片杏仁片都裹上糖浆。
  • 5.准备一张烘焙纸,把拌均匀的杏仁片倒出在烘焙纸上。
  • 6.简单整形,高度不要高过糯米船,冷却放入冰箱冷冻约10分钟。
  • 7.烤箱上下火150℃预热,取出冷冻好的杏仁,切成糯米船的大小放进去。
  • 8.送入烤箱,150℃烘烤约18分钟。
  • 9.到时间后,直接取出晾凉,超级好吃的哟!
