Steps to make 春饼

  • 1.面粉中,边倒入开水边搅拌成雪花状。面和的软一些,这样吃起来会很软和。
  • 2.待面团不烫手的时候揉成光滑的面团,盖上湿布醒1个小时以上。
  • 3.醒好的面团搓成长条,分成均匀的面坯。我做的有点小。可以根据自己的喜好分大小。
  • 4.取一个面坯,用手压成平,表面刷上一层油
  • 5.再放上另外一个压平的面坯。
  • 6.擀面杖先轻压几下,擀成圆饼。
  • 7.尽量擀圆,擀的薄一些
  • 8.平底锅中小火加热,放入面皮,烙至表面开始鼓的时候,翻面再烙另外一面,关火装起。趁热把 2张皮撒开,烙好的饼用湿布盖上,防止变干变硬。
